WHO: Artee Milligan who is running for the City Council Seat for Ward 4
WHAT: Will debut 2 commercials. One is a 15 second PSA which deals with education and a 30 second commercial discusses infrastructure issues in Ward 4.
WHY: To further the interests of Team Milligan and to help them keep their edge against the 18 other canidates vying for the seat yielded in January of this year.
WHEN: 24th, 25th & 26th of April
WHERE: The commercial and PSA will debut on Team Milligan's myspace and weblog pages simultaneously at midnight on April 24th; at 2pm on DCTV Channel 95 on Comcast Cable and will debut on News Channel 8 on April 26th at 7:59am.
